No, using Taskinger is not mandatory.

Tell us which task management software your team uses, and we will connect the AI agents to it. These are programs that carry out repetitive tasks and leave the results for you to review. They connect to your customer management system (CRM), accounting software, business email, or business resource management system (ERP). Standard connections let these programs exchange data. You receive tasks and requests for approval in the tool you already use.

Why do we offer Taskinger as a ready-to-use option?

Taskinger is our shared task and note app. It supports everything an AI agent department needs from day one: several specialized programs working together under a manager, with their work checked before approval.

Agents participate as dedicated members: Each specialized program has its own account with permissions that define what it can see and change, preventing it from accessing or changing anything outside its assigned scope.
