The department
Example Ltd. repairs and services air conditioners. Its quotes and invoices department looks like this:

A day in the department
- Request agent The Example Bistro e-mails: it wants 6 air conditioners serviced. The agent turns it into a task.
- Manager Gives the quote to the quote agent, due by noon.
- Quote agent A draft is ready, from the company's template and price list.
- Checker agent Sends it back: the delivery time is missing.
- Quote agent Adds a delivery time of 5 working days.
- Checker agent The draft passes the check and waits for your tick.
- You You approve from your phone. The quote goes to the client.
- Request agent The client replies that they accept the quote.
- Invoice agent Prepares a draft invoice from the accepted quote.
- Checker agent Checks the client's details against the quote. The invoice waits for your tick.

How you stay in control
- You only approve: quotes, invoices and letters to clients go out only after your tick.
